I also called Brinks to cancel the service, but I could never talk to a real person, only to robots. I asked to turn off the electricity and water in the house, so since April the house has been empty, without electricity and water. I was also given a lot of false information regarding when I should call to cancel when nearing the end of the contract & when my last bill would be debited. Brinks took over my alarm contract in early 2018 after acquiring my original company (Moni started in July ‘17) they increased my contact about several times! I called for an explanation & they reduced my bill back to the contracted amount & gave credit for the increased amount until I called early this year (‘22) or at the end of ‘21.
